Yatton Parish Council maintains a burial ground off Rectory Way, Yatton, just to the south of St Mary's churchyard. St Mary's is a 'closed' churchyard and is no longer available for interments. St Mary's churchyard is maintained by North Somerset Council.
The Parish Council burial ground is available for interment of cremated remains where the deceased was a resident of the (civil) parish of Yatton. We may permit the interment of a non-resident with a close connection to the parish; we will charge double the usual fees for this.
The Register of Burials and the Register of Purchased Graves are open to public inspection at the Parish Council office Hangstones Pavilion, Stowey Road, Yatton, BS49 4HS. Tel 01934 838971.
