Yatton Parish Council owns and maintains Hangstones Pavilion and field. The pavilion includes a large hall with kitchen facilities, as well as changing facilities for users of the field. Hangstones field has been dedicated as a Queen Elizabeth II Field, which means that its status as public open space is protected for ever. The Parish Office is located in the building, the entrance door is to the rear of the building.
Hangstones field has a Public Protection Order for the exclusion of dogs. The order is here
The main hall is available to hire. The Parish Council has now obtained a licence for the sale of alcohol which allows groups to apply to sell alcohol during a booking within the times stipulated by the terms of the licence. A copy of the summary of the licence is here
If you wish to hire the pavilion the terms and conditions of hire and booking form are below, please contact the parish office to check availability. A completed booking form is required in order to secure the hire. If you wish to sell alcohol as part of your booking you must in addition complete the separate application form for permission to sell alcohol which is also below.
