Two Days of Free Bus Travel 26th & 29th July 2024

Published: 22 July 2024

On Friday 26 and Monday 29 July you can enjoy unlimited bus travel for completely no cost – so how far will you go?
Celebrate the start of the school summer holidays with a day out on the beach, a trip to Bristol or meeting up with friends.
Free travel is available on services 5, 6, 7, 9, X1-X10, 125 and 126.
There’s no need to get tickets, just jump on board as many times as you like and enjoy the journey.
For local route information and timetables, visit the Travelwest website.
Also download the Weston-super-Mare network map or the North Somerset network map.
These free travel days are thanks to funding from North Somerset Council Bus Service Improvement Plan.
More bus users mean better air quality, a reduction in carbon emissions as well as fewer cars on the road, which makes everyone’s journey quicker and easier.
By offering free travel, it can show that it’s possible to explore the region, commute to work and enjoy local attractions by bus.
Bus travel guides are also being posted to homes across North Somerset to help you find your way.
Additional free bus travel offers will also be advertised over the coming months.
