Full Council sets out the Council's strategic priorities, discusses the Council's major projects (currently Hangstones redevelopment, a new burial ground and road safety), approves any expenditure over £5,000 and appoints members to committees and as representatives on outside bodies.
This page includes papers for the former Planning, Environment & Community Services Committee ('PECS'). PECS dealt with matters of concern to the community, including the Parish Plan and road safety. The responsibilities of PECS have been transferred to the full Council, apart from planning matters which are dealt with by the Planning Committee.
